  • Feedback: STF Course: After a third 🙂

At the one-third mark of our course, I’d appreciate your perspective on what might be most helpful for you moving forward.

    Please consider:

    • Course Elements: Which of the following do you find most or least helpful: talks, guided practices, home groups, or the bi-weekly reflection exercises?
    • Home Groups: Are there specific elements you would change or add?
    • Overall Structure: Is there anything else worth considering regarding the “shape” of the course?
    • Future Support: Is there any other support you can imagine, either within the meetings or as added elements, that would help you through the remainder of the course?

While I cannot respond to each person individually, I will take all your feedback seriously.

  • Feedback form

The world is not perfect, and neither are teachers. But Dharma teachers, myself included, do their best to be of benefit. I appreciate feedback that can help me serve the deepening and broadening of practice more accurately.

I strive to learn from all the feedback I receive. Although I cannot always respond directly, please know that I read and consider everything that is written.

When you write, please try to offer balanced feedback—including both what was helpful and what requires improvement. Also, please consider what feedback might be constructive—namely, what could be changed.

As I do not provide meditation advice via email, please do not use this form for questions or personal advice; use it only for the feedback mentioned above.
